I am not satisfied with the outcome of the project, nor the value for the money I spent.

We offered to return and address all of the areas of the roof that the homeowner was unhappy with. But he refused and was trying to threaten me with a bad review. We insisted and also reminded him that he has a 2 year warranty. His house is a very tall 12 pitch roof! And that?s the reason that the price was higher than normal. He also has a 50 year shingle that?s obsolete. The customer insisted me to write a report saying that the shingles are defective so he can submit it to the manufacturer, of course I said no! Because that wast the case. Our reviews are 100% real, and if someone?s not satisfied they should feel free to express it.

The owner responded very quickly getting in touch with me. He came out the same day to inspect the roof leak. They were able to start the same day to assess the damage and find the source of the leak. I also needed gutters installed, he coordinated that project as well. They were very professional and easy to work with. The whole project went smoothly and in a timely manner.

I would like to thank Mr. Allan Montes and his crew for a job well done. Mr. Montes immediately showed interest and responded attentively. He came out and did an inspection of the roof. He was on time. He offered a fair deal, gave a quote, guaranteed a job well done. He pays attention and does not take advantage of your situation. He is empathetic and offers great alternatives. He offers advice and lets you decide. Jesus, is the crew member that performed the job. Jesus is a hard working person. He is respectful of the property and keeps you involved as needed. Very customer friendly and completed the job as promised. No additional charges after the agreement is made. Mr. Montes is professional, great customer skills, and is fluent both in the English and Spanish language. He followed up with me to ensure that the insurance accepted the paperwork it required. I highly recommend Mr. Montes. Committed to meeting deadlines and promptly responds.
