We hired Anthony to repair stucco, concrete stairs, replace a window, build-out a concrete patio. He seemed very knowledgeable and could do the work ASAP. We were told that we would reimburse him for materials and pay for his labor. He gave us a quote and at the time I felt it reasonable. He came to work on time and I noticed he had new tools, new work boots, gloves, etc. The work Anthony and his helper completed was fixing stairs and stucco. He told my husband at the time he should charge us more as his labor was at least $100 an hour. He constantly told my husband he needed more money. It took Anthony and the helper maybe 6hrs to complete the stairs and stucco. We paid him 2400 for labor and 290 in materials and his new tools. At first, the work looked good. After a day or 2, the work started to chip off and crack. I contacted Anthony 1. To pay back the money for tools or bring them back as I paid for them 2. To fix the work that was chipping off the walls. The tools cost 100 he sent me 50 and said he was busy and would come when he could to fix his work. I did ask for some of the money back so I could have someone fix it and was told no he would fix his work. It has now been 2.5 months and no contact from Anthony. I am extremely disappointed in the cost and quality of the work completed. After having another contractor come out to complete the patio project they told me we were ripped off and that his 8year old son could have done a better job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Anthony was quick to start the job, but would not be very clear on what was needed for the project during the initial quote. That resulted in additional expenses and several extra trips to the hardware store throughout the project. Although the tiles were installed within 4 days, our contract also stated that he would replace the fixtures in the bathtub. It has now been four weeks since weâ ve last seen Anthony and he has not returned any phone calls or texts, regarding when he will return to finish this project. So if you need tiles installed, heâ s ok. But if you need more than just installing tiles, then I wouldnâ t recommend his services.

The negotiation process was professional and the service was prompt and I was always well informed of the work process. The work performed was completed efficiently, and with good quality, for a reasonable price.
