Great report with pictures of house and construction diagrams of proper practice. Used drone to take pictures of roof. Thermal imaging of all kitchen and HVAC temps. Answered follow up questions. Very professional.

DJ was very thorough and detailed. He spent time with us at the house explaining his findings and giving us detailed recommendations. He went above and beyond. We are thankful and blessed for his excellent work. His report is lengthy with articles to support his findings. He also added aerial pictures of the property, as well as pictures of his inspection. DJ went beyond the normal inspection. He pointed out electrical problems that most inspectors would have overlooked. I had them fixed by Mister Sparky Electric and they were also impressed with the inspection.
