I consider Gerald, Handyman Direct in Melbourne a top professional, works very diligently, is very quiet and performs a superb job. He installed two shower doors, plus placed and painted two new doors in the house. Did it all perfectly well and i will continue to use Gerald for any other handy work I need.

We were asked to pay part of the bill in cash which seemed questionable. Both of our contacts were ill and missed a day which lengthened the time it took. Of course we didn't want sickness brought to our home.

Gave a deposit, was told that he would call, never called so I have called at least 4 times and left messages with no response.

Replaced rotting wood on beam's which were supporting roof over my porch. Excellent job. Then had them build a 18 by 12 foot wooden deck on the backside of my house. Absolute excellent job. Will use this company again.

Josh Tutty gave me an estimate the same day, next day he introduced his employees Ty and Jordan to me and discussed the work to be done, finished the same day, they did a great job in repairing the grout. Very conscientious about keeping shoes clean so not to dirty my rug. Very professional about showing me what they were doing and keeping me informed with all the steps, and answered all my concerns. I would definitely use A New Look Total Home Improvement again. Thank you Josh.
