I hate to complain, but I was told that the actual air vents would be cleaned and they were not, they broke a bed in my front bedroom and did not offer to help put it back together. They left a mess in the garage. However, they did do the job asked they cleaned my air vents. I will possibly hire again, however, my expectations will not be as high. For the money, they did their job.

Of course cleaning duct work is something you canât be sure of since you know nothing about the process and you canât see the results but I do know every aspect of the experience was easy. The guys were great, conscientious and careful with the equipment.

They did the job very well. Two men where on site for the job. They did not cover their shoes with booties like other companies do. They walked around on my carpet with their work boots, the employee's smelled strongly of smoke. They did changed my furnace filter and just left the dirty filter flung to the side instead of putting it in the trash and left the cover off of the filter compartment. They were very nice. Good value for the money. The ladies on the phone were all very helpful.
