A & O Construction

Javier (A & O Construction) did a excellent job for my project of adding extra room and a 1/2 restroom for my home. He helps us to make the experience much less stressful from working with the architecture, dealing with the permit. All in all, we are very happy with the result and would recommend A & O Construction. We will consider Javier and the team for my future project. By the way, Javier also did a remodel for our garage 5 years back and we are also very happy with the result.

Javierâ  s crew is phenomenal! They are professional, friendly, and respectful hard workers. Throughout our job we made multiple changes and additions last minute. Javier was very accommodating. He truly cares for his clients and made sure we were completely satisfied. He has an eye for detail and isnâ  t afraid to get his hands dirty. He was literally cleaning my hardwood floor on his hands and knees. I highly recommend A&O construction for jobs both small and large! You wonâ  t be disappointed!

It's been a fantastic experience working with Javier and team from A&O construction. I would heartily recommend them to all and would look forward to them for my future renovation and remodeling work too. My project started with a garage remodel quote but we later figured out that it would make sense to also upgrade the plumbing which was old and rusty. Javier was able to understand my requirements clearly and his quotes were better than other competing offers I had inquired about. When working on the job, Javier and his crew were thoroughly professional and demonstrated good work ethics and discipline from the start. I'd recently purchased my home and while the house was upgraded by the prior seller, the garage had not been done well. There were holes in the wall from plumbing, AC installation and other general work. Javier and team tore down and rebuilt the entire garage and their work involved replacing insulation, adding new drywall sheets, moving all the electrical, water and gas pipes behind the drywall, fitting in new lights, epoxy coating the floor, closing the semi-open attic, installing new doors for the garage and home entrance, installing a pull down attic ladder and covering the heating and ac units. I'm extremely pleased that Javier was able to execute to the plan I had in mind. He went above and beyond in working on specific things and had a very good eye for detail. Lupe, Fidel and team did an awesome job in upgrading the plumbing from older galvanized pipes to copper plumbing throughout. This also involved replacing the old tanked water heater with a new recirculating tankless unit installed outside the garage. The team detected a few leaks from cracked tiles in the bathroom with water seeping behind the walls. Hence, I ended up remodeling the bathroom almost entirely as Javier was able to give me good ideas and reasonable quotes on the different pieces. All-in-all, it was a fantastic experience working with the team and I love my new garage & bath!

Arrived quickly both for initial inspection and actual repair. Repaired exterior drier vent cover on the top of 2nd floor that was blocked.

The crew did an excellent job with a somewhat complicated project for us, they communicated well throughout the process, they were always on time and did the work efficiently and providing high quality. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional! Great communicator with understanding how to educated me on how the process works and advising me on the best products that will last and what to purchase and what to avoid. He has a heart of gold and is honest! My job turned out gorgeous just how I wanted it. He’s patient and very professional on all aspects of remodeling. I’m gratefull for his understanding while the items I purchased took a long time to receive. Not his fault .. it was Covid and the stores could not deliver fast enough. He’s a wonderful kind person and would recommend him highly!!

High quality work, very timely and we are happy with the work

Javier and A&O construction did a full remodel for our place. His team works quickly and does his best to stay on schedule and on budget. He is always available on his phone and works with really good sub contractors when needed. I have recommended him to multiple people after he had finished our project and everyone has been satisfied with his work.
