Locksmith Service
Professional, Courteous and great customer service. I called the company and asked when he could do the job and he was at my home within a half hour and this was 6:00p. I would recommend the company to friends and family.

Superb! Not only did they arrive in a timely fashion (just as promised), and not only did they repair my lock (where I had left half of my key!)... but their technician was not ready to settle for just fixing my problem. He also diagnosed that the door was not closing properly and he took apart the fixture where the lock meets the door and re-fitted the connection... and he sanded down part of the door which was binding against the sill ... all for the same very reasonable price agreed on for the initial repair. A very professional, competent and caring group. Highly recommended.

Arrived within 20 minutes of my call. Friendly. Not only removed broken lock but also fixed another lock that we had so that it could be used as the replacement lock. I never knew a deadbolt could work so smoothly!

Awesome. Came that day - assessed and came the next day and got it all done promptly. We now use our back door and others with one key.

Not only was A-Ok inexpensive, but they were by far the most pleasant locksmith I called. Peter showed up on time and changed six locks in under an hour. He was professional and courteous and all of the locks work perfectly. He even provided some help while I was chipping ice on my driveway. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend A-Ok for any locksmith needs.

A-OK locksmith responded first and gave me an estimate over the phone as to how much a replacement control pad would cost. They completed their work in accordance with that quote.

Prompt and courteous. Plus, most importantly, he did an excellent job. He made suggestions as to how to improve rather than just fix the situation, and carried it out fantastically. He had all the supplies on hand, made extra keys, etc. Without balking. Highest kudos and recommendation.

Jason responded to my Service Magic request by email and phone within minutes. Less than four hours after my initial request, Jason had visited my house, fixed the problem with my lock, and left behind a very reasonable charge for his exceptional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A-OK Lock & Security to a friend or family member.
