Junk Queen Tx is a family-owned and locally operated small dumpster rental business proudly serving North Dallas, Collin County, Grayson County, and the surrounding areas, including Celina, McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Richardson, Carrollton, and about everywhere nearby. We offer same-day or next-day delivery options at no additional cost to you. Our owners – Anca & Attila – were in the residential construction and remodeling business for about 20 years before . We started Junk Queen Tx as we saw a need in our industry while we were building new homes, remodeling, and flipping homes and also, Anca as a real estate agent, saw the need while her buyers and sellers constantly relocate, and they were in need of either a dumpster rental or a junk removal service during the moving process. Junk Queen Tx is not a franchise business; it is a local company that cares about its neighbors.

Anca and Attila are amazing!! I highly recommend this company!! They are prompt on their communication, time and process. If you are looking for a company who does reliable, honest, and GREAT work, this is it! To top it off they are also very involved in supporting the community and giving back!

I hired the company ad when I spoke to the company and they said they would charge me a certain price and when they came out and did the project they said to finish the project with painting where they repaired it would be an extra 100$.

I hired Atilla to fix my window in master bedroom and painted bathroom and a bedroom, he was there on time and "completed" project fast. These are the issues I encountered wiith this pro: 1. He painted over old paint without first using a primer, I could still see pink layer after he finished. 2. When me and my girlfriend pointed out pink patches to him, he "could not see them". 3. The quote he has given verbally was not what he charged in the end. After finishing his work myself, I would not be using his services again.

He promptly contacted us, came by and gave us an estimate, and returned early the next morning on time and repaired the drywall and textured it exactly as we wanted it. He was very courteous and professional.

He was only one of five who came out to look at and evaluate the job. Based upon what he quoted, we expanded the job to include another bathroom floor we where thinking about doing later. When he removed the toilet, he found a pluming problem and using his network, he was able to get a plumber out the same day to fix the problem. He and his employee worked to complete the project, which took and extra day because of the plumbing problem.

Atila Otvos was unprofessional because he attempted to fix our sheetrock conners in the wrong way and forced us to pay him $200 extra in order to fix them right. Finally we had to pay him for $100 so that he fixed them in the correct way. Also Attila Otvos did not provide a quality service for hand trowel (texture) at the bathrooms and kitchen walls, which cost us another $1200 to hire other contractors to remove Attila's work and to redo the texture for those walls. Overall we are very disappointed about his service and his unprofessional. He did not do what he said he would do when he accepted our job in term of quality and professional.

"This is one of those customers who you can never satisfy, after the job was done she gave us the above excuses:she knew better than us how to fix the drywall corners and how to apply texture. We did one bedroom at a time and she agreed that all of them looks perfect until the day that she had to pay us. Then she hired one of my workers, for less."
