A&O Texas Solutions

I would NOT recommend A&O Texas Solutions. The fence and double gate they installed at my property have had problems from the beginning. The gate has never been properly aligned, the posts do not appear to have been set correctly, and the gate continually leans into itself. It has fallen over multiple times and has now become extremely difficult to open. During the job, the crew also damaged my gas meter. Which caused them to stop working for 3 days. This company will do anything they can to get out of doing any warranty work. I have repeatedly contacted the company and tried multiple times to schedule someone to come out and correct these issues. The manager has failed to provide any meaningful follow-up. I gave A&O Texas Solutions multiple opportunities to address the problems before leaving this review. Unfortunately, I?m still left with a poorly functioning gate that needs to be repaired because of what appears to be an improper installation.

We are extremely happy with the new fence and gate installed. Top notch from Diego, the Sales rep that came out and gave us a bid. He has been fantastic with helping make the right choices and explained everything and took the time needed with us in making our final decision. The crew that came out and did the install was respectful and did a great job! They made sure we were happy before leaving the premises. Thank you for the great service provided and the fantastic outcome!

Finished in half days and installation was almost perfect.

Weâ re very pleased with our new fence from A &O! It was completed in 1 day, and looks great!

They were good ð and fast and they cleaned up after themselves. The fence was leveled right and even. Would recommend A&O fence service again. ð

Had two sections of fence replaced

Great work, communication, and professionalism!

Actually I could go one way, OR THE OTHER on this subject ... They told me they would come & `dig up` the [previous WOOD 'stakes' that are protruding very high out of the ground in several places (including the sides of my neighbors' yard] ... I haven't had the time to call/remind them of this (and unfortunately WON'T for \at least/ a couple of weeks.

They did a great job with fence/gate install. Also, efficient with time.

I am pleased with the work that they did in installing the fence in my backyard.

They beat all of my other quotes and even removed some debris around the fence line (without additional charges). I’m very happy with the job.

Great contractor's that do great work. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Professional, good quality, low cost, and quick. They installed 360ft of fence with a 32ft automatic gate in 4 days and it looks great!

These guys are awesome, they showed up and knocked out our fence in about a day 1/2. We now have the best fence in the area and are truly enjoying our backyard! Great work and great customer service.

Great work, awesome communication and extremely fast.

Great fence! Recommend them to a friend!

Excellent service at price promised. Worked to accommodate my schedule.

They arrived and started removing the existing fence 30 min early and it took them only 45 min to take down my entire fence (180 ft). Excellent fencing company!! They worked through the heat of the day and completed the removal and installation of my wood fence and metal-framed drive gate in one day. The attitude of these guys was cheerful, efficient, friendly and fastâ ¦OUTSTANDING! I asked them to come back to address a couple of board-on-board issues; they immediately said yes, returned and addressed each of my issues. Overall, this is an excellent fencing company that I enthusiastically recommend to my friends, family and others.

At this point Iâ m not concerned about others. Iâ m more concerned about some one finishing my fence.I hope to whom it my concern will contact me via email. From start to finish has been nothing but HELL.This contractor needs to be removed from your list. I have been in construction for 40 years and know the difference between right and wrong.

They have a great quality product at reasonable pricing!
