A1 Designs Remodeling Corporation

I could be a lot happier with the final result. A1-Designs needs to work on their communication skills. Seems like I always calling them to find out where they were with my project. Also, if they say they are going to be at my house at 8 or 8:30, then be there at that time, not like the 10:30 when they finally did show up, and no phone call. Although the backsplash tile looks ok, had I not been there to give the tile man instructions it would have turned out a lot worse. Overall, I'm disappointed with A1. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

We were bummed up in our schedule which was great, but they didn't communicate this with all of their staff. Then we had issues with the staff communicating one thing to us and management communicating another. W'e'd expect someone to show up and they wouldn't, we wouldn't expect anyone and there they'd be. Lastly, there were quite a few items that had to be 'tweaked' at the end. We ended up being out of our kitchen for over 2 weeks instead of 3 days. It was frustrating, but we are very happy with the end result.
