They did an excellent job. They had to spend an extra day on the job they hadn't expected due to the fact we have solar panels on the roof and they had never had to work around something like that before, but they figured it out in a very timely fashion and got the job done to our satisfaction. The clean up was done so well you couldn't even tell they were there. The estimate that was given and the final price were very close but the extra that was added on we were told about in advance. Great job!!

We did not get what we asked for. I believe the company could not do what we asked for but said they could in order to get the job. Upon making the agreement I specifically asked if they were sure that had covered everything in the proposal. They replied "yes". Upon doing the job they tried to charge us an extra $350 (that was not on the contract I signed) to install boards that were needed to put the roof on. I don't understand why this was not included in the proposal if the boards were needed to do the very thing I asked them to do....put a roof on my garage. This is 2 bad experiences we have had with ServiceMagic contractors. My husband is very upset. He says, "he's tired of getting beat". Your contractors have skill, but they're not very honest.

I would highly recommend A-One Exteriors to anyone considering a roofing or siding project. The owners, Jim and Terry, were the most professional team I have ever dealt with in the construction business. Their workers were on time, knowledgeable, and did a great job of replacing a roof on a 106 year old house, and cleaning up the debris as if they had never been here.

Felt they over-promised and under-delivered. They were prompt to respond however there were miscommunications often. The quality of the work done on the roof is excellent.

A-One Exteriors respond very quickly to your requests email, and the work was good. One thing that could improve is to be notified, by leaving a voice mail in advance of the crew arriving to perform the work. Unannounced walking on the roof was kinda disturbing to my wife. But overall, good job.

They were fantastic. They explained everything clearly, that got the job done fast, and the roof looked great. No surprises either.

Both Jim and Terry were not only helpful but very professional. They went out of their way to do little things that make a difference on a roofing job. I can't say enough good things about them AND my roof is the showplace of the neighborhood! Excellent quality. They provided references as well. Good record with the BBB.
