Contractor did not live up to the 90 day labor warranty.

AP1H called me within a few minutes of submitting the request. On the phone, they said they wouldn't give me a quote until they showed up and determined what the problem was (no charge for that). My problem was a clogged toilet drain that no amount of plunging helped and it was getting worse. Because of the way it was acting, I figured I'd need the main sewer line rotteded-out. Other companies (via the phone book) had given me quotes that exceeded several hundred dollars. The AP1H technician (Chris) was about 45 minutes away and was prompt, clean and very courteous. He diagnosed the problem to be far more minor than I thought it was and since I am a DIY�’er it was something that I could tackle myself. He also pointed out something I would have never caught until it turned into a major problem. He informed me that while he was running water from the tub, he went back down in the crawl space to listen and inspect the toilet drain when he noticed the tub drain fitting (chrome piece in the tub drain) was leaking and explained that I should re-putty the piece. Long story short, because of their honesty and integrity they saved me MAJOR $$$. I have always distrusted home-repair companies because you hear of all the horror stories of how the homeowner gets ripped off for thousands on repairs they didn't need. NOT the case here. I'd give them six stars! And will use their company again.

My sump pump was replaced and is working fine. However, I was appalled at the charges. I was charged $365 to replace the sump pump. The invoice did not break out parts from labor. I went to price the pump the technician bought from Menards and found that it was less than $100. The small piece of PVC and adaptor was not researched, but that still leaves over $200 for labor alone. This seems to be a bit excessive to me

Excellent help, a little late, but gave timely service and was very professional.
