I run a small business and I know a lot about customer service. So do the folks at AP Advanced Construction, Inc. I walked into their store on San Jose Boulevard and spoke with Keith in sales. I asked if he could come to my home and look at a kitchen island in desperate need of replacement. Keith came by and told my wife and me that he had some ideas and that heâ d present a proposal in a couple of days. He did and the installed price was acceptable. Well, the cabinet and its fixtures were delivered a couple of week later and the installation took place in just one day about a week later. WOW! What a difference that has made to our kitchen. Keith recommended a quartz countertop and we are so glad we took his advice. Our new kitchen island is spectacular. Eddie the general operations manager organized a great couple of guys to do the installation, Josh and Cody. The office kept me informed of the progress of the project via text and email and by telephone. Everybody was extremely polite and accessible.
