Super nice guy ! Very affordable and knowledgable. I was very comfortable with him in my home and I am PICKY ! He called me on a weekend and followed up when I had to postpone our appointment. He was on time and cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend Andre.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Wish he had communicated with me before completing the job, once he realized the hole had to be deeper than he initially thought. Gas leak occurred after the water heater was installed and I had to call the gas company. Also found out he did not explain the problems that could occur with the water heater being installed that low in the ground.

A bathroom sink faucet was installed. A sink stopper came with it. Andre wanted to charge extra to install the sink stopper piece. For good public relations and future business referrals, I felt this should have been included in the price even though he and I did not know that the piece came with the faucet until the package was opened.

Andre was very professional. Installed 2 toilets in less than 2 hours. Since we had an older house he made sure prior to installation to let us know once he removed the old broken toilets what was needed for him to successfully install new toilets. There were old lines and other parts that were basically old/rusted and broken. Yes there were additional cost but very reasonable and will save us in the long run. once he completed his work he cleaned up and hauled the old toilets away. Toilets are working great.I will recommend his service to anyone looking for a professional plumber and will definitely use him again.
