I was at a point with my house where either I needed to sell it "as is" because it needed so much work, or dive in and remodel the entire house. Such an undertaking was overwhelming for me due to lack of experience doing such a project. With Mike's creative suggestions and ability to guide according to budget requirements, I have a brand new house that I am proud of, and the confidence that the investment will more than pay off in the value of the house. He and his team were very enjoyable to work with, completed everything on time, surpassing expectations. My neighbors were so impressed with the kitchen they hired him the next week to duplicate what had been done in my house!
