Good quality workmanship and personable.

The company assessed and fixed the problems causing my wet basement and yard near my foundation. They installed a waterproof channel, sump pump, drainlines for basement cracks, and repaired downspout drains. All work was completed properly and everything was cleaned up when done. The cost was reasonable and the company was professional in all areas. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything from bidding to finish was outstanding. My basement has leaked since we moved in 13 years ago. I am VERY happy to not have a basement that leaks anymore. The work took a little longer but it was necessary. The quality of work is outstanding!! I am very happy with the cost which was the lowest bid compared to woods basement and B-line systems. AP basement solutions is top notch! I wold recommend them to anyone and I will also be using them in the future for other jobs like anchoring, egress windows etc.. Thanks Ron.

Matt and Ron from AP Basement Solutions installed a sump pump along with transfer pipe. The transfer pipe is buried and extends approximately 10 feet from the house and ends with a ground level grated boot. The grate is flush with the ground making it almost unnoticeable. Also there is a freeze guard feature allowing water to continue flowing during cold weather. The pump they installed is very quiet and removed water from the sump quickly. The two reasons I rated AP Basement Solutions a "5" is because they were professional and did outstanding work at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again if any basement or foundation drainage related issues should arise.
