APD Advanced Stabilization is a family owned and operated Concrete Contractor/Polyurethane Company. APD started in February 2014. The owner has been in the foundation business for over 17 years. Combined with our field crews, they have over 50 years of foundation experience. Since 2014 APD has completed hundreds of both commercial and residential properties. APD understands the foundation process from start to finish. We will perform a free inspection and explain what needs to be done in order to take your property from sinkhole activity to a repaired home. APD is well versed in underpinning, injection grout piers, chemical grout and poly foamjection. We are able to create a solution according to your budget and property needs. Don’t Replace! Repair! Our staff has been trained in the correct and safest way to inject the chemical polyurethane into your sidewalk, driveway, pool deck or seawall. We are equipped to handle residential sidewalks all the way up to entire communities.

Concrete Foundation Repair
Update to my original review, which I have removed. They took care of me and tried to do everything possible to fix the issues. If the customer service were better I would have given a higher rating, but the issue lies within. The guys that did the job were awesome to work with and righted the initial wrong. This is what made me delete the original poor rating.

"I am not going to discredit your frustration, except the fact we have tried several times to come out but you have insisted on being there. Unfortunately, we have all our crews booked as of right now until July. We have tried on several occasions to come out but unfortunately, it is not acceptable to your schedule. We are doing our best to apply the fill dirt. As I said, I am not trying to discredit your frustration, but it's very hard to comply with your demand of being there on extremely specific days. This is especially regarding fill dirt and not the polyurethane process."

The APD techs were on time, efficient, and did a great job in stabilizing our driveway, which had a lot of underneath soil erosion from water drainage. They were able to actually raise the driveway somewhat with the expanding foam product, and make the transition from sidewalk to driveway level and therefore safer.

Professional services from the estimate appointment thru the day of the actual service being completed! TC heard my questions and responded timely and effectively thru the whole process! The installation went smoothly because Jeff and his assistant were professionals! Thank you very much for a great job on my patio! I had quotes from multiple companies but went with APD primarily because of their rep T.C. and what he explained could be done to level a 25 year old driveway. I am very happy with the results which were better than I anticipated. The crew did an outstanding job and paid attention to the smallest detail. A good company that provides quality work at a fair price...highly recommend them.

TC came out in the morning and was very knowledgeable about our project the price was very reasonable in my opinion that he quoted us. We explained that we were going out of town soon and he managed to get the work done that day. When the two gentleman that arrived to repair our driveway they were very polite and courteous they explained what had to be done and moved right along to fix the issue. One slab of our driveway had sunk about two inches. The process the used to raise it was totally amazing .you could never tell that it had sunk . When they were done they cleaned everything up asked if we were satisfied and we definitely were . I definitely would recommend APD . The warranty is great the price was right and the quality of work was excellent and they were very friendly to deal with .nice company to deal with from start to finish

Wonderful folks. Did such a great job with our lawn depression and slab (that become a pain) which they figured out a great plan that worked well. Also, the demolishing of an old, awful, concrete wall. They have given reasonable advice, fair fees, and cleaned up super. We are in the process of hiring them for two new projects.

Had them out to do a stabilization of my pool deck. Luis and Janelle arrived and did a great job. Cleaned up nicely when the job was done. The entire process from the initial call setting up the estimate to the work being done was excellent. It was a great price for the service performed.

I was promised that if there were any sections that raised up after treating/injecting the foam, the guys would grind down the edges to eliminate the trip hazard. They didn't do that. I spent a few hours applying concrete patch to the cracks. I was impressed with the salesperson, and the crew was fast and efficient. They left everything clean and neat. My only complaint was that 3/8" trip hazard I had to fix myself.
