I hired them to remodel my bathroom after 3 FAILED plumbing inspections I had to hire another plumber. The new plumber had to replace many of the pipes, including the toilet waste pipe which was not properly installed. The cost and time wasted with these guys was a shame. Of course, I received no money back from them. I advise anyone against using these guys, as Alex is a slick talker, but, appears to know very little about construction. My opinion...

I contracted A.P. Design & Construction, LLC to repair a bathroom ceiling damaged by a mystery water leak that had stumped several plumbers and one remodeling contractor. They not only did a great job repairing the ceiling but also in finding the cause of the leak and fixing it. Their estimate was reasonable, they worked around my busy schedule and they completed the work in a timely manner. Alex of A.P. Designs worked with me to deliver the job on time and in budget. Lastly, I was impressed not only by the finished work but also by how cleanly they worked. They never left a mess at the end of the day. I have no reservations about recommending A.P. Design & Construction, LLC to anyone, even family.

This company is a one person show who is a scammer(con-artist) who pretended to be a company. After we agreed upon a price by signing a contract, he tried to increase the price by a huge amount. He did not complete the work that he was supposed to do. Overall, it was a complete disaster and as a result I'd never hire someone like that. This company is the main reason why the other companies that are honest, reliable, and trustworthy are suffering because many people think that they are all the same. By the way, I can go a little bit further to submit his name and keep it in your database for follow up and surveillance in order to protect other customers.
