Hi, my name is Ethan Vang, and I am the principal home inspector for APEX Home Inspection, LLC. I've had the privilege of building, selling, and buying residential real estate for over 10+ years. My goal here is simple: Give you the confidence to move forward. We accomplish this goal by giving you full disclosure of the inspection. And yes, I will call out small items, big items, and anything that will disrupt the comfort or safety of my clients and their families. We think it's essential to educate our clients about the main utility shutoffs, mechanical systems, and maintenance intervals because we are interested in empowering our clients to grow and learn organically with their homes, which means we'll hang around long after we're done inspecting your home.
