"We greatly appreciate your business, Mary. We were happy to be able to help with your wildlife removal problem and successfully catch three rats, a mouse and two opossums from your home! While we would have loved to have helped you with exclusion to ensure that no other animals could get back in, because you were unable to agree to the repairs that needed to be done, we completed trapping only. In order to offer a full warranty for our customers, all points of entry must be repaired. This ensures that no animals can get back into your home via the entry points. Like many other service providers, we do require that half of the cost of exclusion be paid up front and the other half at completion of the work. All of this information is given to the customer up front at time of estimate. Since you were unwilling to continue with the repairs advised to ensure that no animals could get back in, we ended with the trapping job only and no further money was paid. It is our understanding that we are the second wildlife company that you hired to solve your wildlife problem. We are pleased to be able to say there was no rodent activity when we had finished trapping and were happy for a successful outcome in removing wildlife from inside your home. Unfortunately, you will at some point have to hire a third company to take care of new animals who find the entry points that were not repaired as advised.
