SEPTIC PROS LLC

We had an unexpected backup of our septic in our kennel. We contacted Richard, of Septic Pros, and he said he’d get right to us. He was at our place in a timely manner. He is very efficient and professional. He had our tank pumped in no time and we were back to flowing again. We highly recommend Richard and Septic Pro for all your septic needs!

We had Septic Pros come out to our property yesterday after our septic system started backing up into our building. I called, and Richard was at our place by about 4:30 PM. His response time was excellent, and he got right to work. By the time I got home around 5:00 PM, Richard was nearly finished pumping out the tank. What really impressed me was that he didn’t stop there. After pumping it out, he thoroughly pressure washed the entire inside of the septic tank, cleaning it from top to bottom. When he was done, the inside of the tank was absolutely spotless. Richard was professional, hardworking, and took pride in doing the job right. It’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. If you need septic work done, I highly recommend Septic Pros. They provided outstanding service, excellent workmanship, and left us confident that the job had been done correctly. Thank you, Richard, for a job well done!

To say the least, if you find yourself needing this type of service, it's probably a pretty bad day. Which is why it was such a relief when they answered the phone immediately. They were fast, caring, very polite and charged a very fair and reasonable price. It's hard to get to our location and required extra work. They didn't complain about it nor did they see it as a opportunity to upcharge for the service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for septic service.
