They just happened to be in the area when I called them and they arrived within 30 minutes. The winterization of the lawn sprinklers was done within 30 minutes. Very courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone anytime.

No BS. These guys are the REAL deal!! I'm a former US Marine and it's rare in this day and age to find people that have integrity and decency. Finding them through Home Advisor was one of the best things I could have done and my wife and I couldn't be happier!! Honest, courteous, respectful of property, well mannered, hard working and knowledgeable to boot!! I can't say ENOUGH GOOD things about the owner (Tony) and his crew. Employees that a company hires, say a LOT about the company that employs them. Charlie (Tony's no 1) and his helper Frankie, exemplify everything that API stands for. They come when they say, they stay in contact at every point along the way and take the TIME to explain anything and everything that there is ANY doubt or question about. Tony also stays on site to supervise and to make sure that everything goes as planned. I can't recommend API enough. Maybe if more companies took a page out of API's book, people would be more trusting of new contractors that they're thinking about hiring.

Tony was prompt, efficient, and timely. He didn't waste my time with gimmicks and didn't push products or services on me. He replaced our sprinkler timer, checked the system, and gave advice on efficiency. Great service all around! Highly recommend!
