AP Landscape and Design

On July 28, 2021, we entered into a contract with AP Landscaping and Design to complete the rock bed and plant installation project. The project was to clean mulch beds to prevent undesired growth, install a fabric weed barrier, add plants and river rock. During the final meeting of what was to be planted, Andrew, the owner, discussed that he would be rototilling and digging out the bottom section of the mulch bed to remove the overgrown weeds. We discussed that you could dump the dirt and weeds behind the rock driveway. On July 5, 2021, I contacted AP Landscaping and Design regarding weeds that had started to grow throughout the landscaped area. On July 7, 2021, we met to discuss the situation and came to the decision that you would stop by weekly for four weeks to weed and assess the situation. We stated then that weeding for a few weeks would not fix the situation but we were willing to work with the company. As of August 11, 2021, AP Landscaping and Design had not been back to the house to weed or assess the situation. The entire area from top to bottom is overgrown with weeds. As we stated when hiring AP Landscaping and Design for the project, We wanted this to be a low maintenance project with minimal maintenance.
