A&P Landscaping CO

The owner and operator of this company is a self-serving individual, only, and has no apparent interest in serving the requests of the homeowner. I hired him to do two simple projects: (a) clear a 1200 sq. ft. area of wild raspberry canes and subsurface roots, to prepare for grass seed, and (b) install a rock garden in one corner of my back yard. He ended up excavating and regrading an 8,400 sq. ft. area, did neither of the specific projects he was hired for, and essentially created a new 750 sq.ft. area of stagnant water that he refuses to take responsibility for. This newly created runoff pattern has also overpowered my septic leach-field. A recent assessment of the area by a local surveyor indicates that approximately 130 yards of topsoil was removed and never replaced. His work is now under further investigation by a team of land-use advisors, and septic system professionals, and will likely become the subject of a civil lawsuit.

Owner, Arnaldo, is friendly and does excellent work. We had a bit of time delay in getting project finished but this was due to the weather (rain). Great end product (two patios) and we couldn't be happier with the end results.

Arnaldo was fantasic throughout the entire project. It exceeded our expectations. It was done on time and on budget. Arnaldo's advice to improve the look was perfect and he even added extra without charge. I am contining to use A&P Landscaping for other projects as well. I would never hestitate to use A&P and recommend them highly.

Explained everything and had his own great suggestions that I went along with and am very happy I did.

I had a stamped concrete walkway replaced with pavers by APLandscaping. Mr. Pestana made several suggestions about bushes bordering the project area and, in the long run, it made a huge difference in the appearance of my property. The walkway was completed in just a few days and looks great. I would consider the project a success. Only one wish is that the care of the walkway and manufacturer's warranty on the pavers was not directly given to me after completion.

A & P was a pleasure to work with, providing excellent ideas and working with the landscape already in place. They strive to exceed customer expectations, and for my project, they did just that. While keeping my budget in mind, they installed a beautiful patio and 2 walkways that I will be enjoying all year long. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with their work. I will be contacting them for any future projects!

Work began promptly and at first they were meticulous with their work and in doing all that was expected. Sadly, they did not finish and follow through as agreed. Therefore, I would be reluctant to recommend this company.

Arnaldo is a hardworker with a strong eye on the end result. He is a very detailed professional with creative skills. We had him regrade, resurface and install pavers at the entry of our garage and driveway. He did a fabulous job! Very pleased.
