Excellent!! I cannot recommend Andy and his crew highly enough; they are THAT GOOD! I used Andy for a huge project done in two stages over two years. Here is why you need look no further: - Andy is a man of integrity; a man of his word. - Andy only does work right. Not per "industry standard" or "meets code"; he does it right. - If Andy is not satisfied with how something turns out, he tears it out out and does it over. It happened in the work I had done. Not a big deal, but it would have resulted in a puddle. I never said anything; he just did it. Tore out an entire section of the patio the day after it was poured. It cost me no more. I was stunned. - Andy sincerely wants the customer to me happy. He listens, he discusses the merits, he suggests. Based on my experience, you can trust his counsel. We worked together to solve a multitude of problems I wanted the work to address; all of my needs were covered, and all work great. Also replaced driveway and rerouted all drainage away from foundation to street. - Andy is fair, and tries to work within your budget where possible. My job presented lots of challenges. Concrete is not cheap, but I feel I got a good deal, all things considered. - Andy is honest; if he specs a 4" pour, you get a minimum of 4". If he says there will be rebar and wire mesh, that is what you get. From what I have seen of other work, that is not typical. APM doesn't cut corners. - Andy is a good guy. Plain and simple. - I can't count the number of times friends and neighbors, when looking at what I had done, have volunteered "wow, your concrete people really did a good job!" Look at the other reviews. There is a reason for such high praise.

APM did an excellent job. All the concrete looks great. Andy and his crew were always on time, hard working, and courteous. Best contractor we have hired the past 20 years. A+ Would definitely hire them again.

Excellent job n very professional

They worked with me on coordinating two projects at once fencing by another company and APM Building removing old patio and laying the new ones. Also kept me in the loop about their starting date etc.

Andy and his guys are top notch! He took my vision and made it a beautiful reality without trying to up sell. And everything he said he would do, he did, such as coming back to finish odds and ends in a timely manner. These guys were a joy to work with and they will be coming back to do some additional projects in the future! Great professionalism and communication!

The whole crew was friendly and professional with my husband and me. They were also great with kids. My 4 year old son was very interested in the work being done and all of them were patient with him. We also wanted to put the kids hand prints in the concrete and Andy was awesome helping our son and helping me with our baby. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a big mess after the work was done. I would recommend them for your next concrete job.

APM, from the time Andy stepped foot on project area, he had an unexplainable amount of confidence in which no other contractor had. My vision of what I wanted to have done was immediately incepted, understood, and he went into his explanation of what he was / needed to do without hesitation. Though I didnt really understand all he was saying, his confidence in how he was saying it made me feel without a doubt he was the guy to hire. 3 weeks later, I am standing in front of my newly poured patio / entertainment deck / basketball court / whatever else I want it to be, and for sure without a doubt, I am impressed. All expectations were met AND Andy and his crew were considerate as much as they could have been to peripheral landscaping. You are aiming for a professional who can tell you up front what your work vision will look like and it turns out looking like was explained, hire APM.

OUTSTANDING!!! Where do I start? Never have I ever had such a great experience as I had with APM. From beginning to end, everything was extremely professional, informative and honest. Andy and his crew exemplified business values that are second to none and are parallel to military values. Like other clients of Home Advisor, I received a few different estimates for a 12x12 patio on my home. APM was not only the best priced, but had the quality of work that you would expect to see from concrete artisans. Andy had contacted me extremely fast and was even fasted with providing a in person quote within 24-36 hours. APM stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire project. They let me know when it would be safe to walk on it, pets walk on it and how to maintain it for years to come. APM had to use a myriad of tools to extract the old patio, lay down new rock and rebar to ensure the project would outlast the house itself. At the end of every day, the crew went above and beyond to ensure the yard and work site was clean, safe and left it better than they found it. I was impressed to see the crew in the yard raking the grass where some of the equipment was to make the yard look right again. They actually made it look better! Additionally, someone from the crew would notify me once they were planing on leaving for the day and did a walk through of what was done and what to expect the next day. They specifically asked me if there was anything else that needed to be tended to before they had left the job site for the day as well. I really can't say enough about just how awesome my experience was. Here's the bottom line folks, skip everyone else, forget what you think you may know and just push the button to hire APM to do your work. You will not go wrong and you will wish (like me) that you would have hired them years ago! APM is the crown jewel of the diamond in the rough. If possible I would rate them 10 out of 10 stars! Andy contacted me within minutes of me putting in my request on Home Advisor. He came by the next day on-time, gave me a quote on the spot that couldn't be beat. Needed a concrete parking pad next to the garage -- Andy knew exactly what needed to be done. I had put my request in Home Advisor on a Sunday, got my quote on Monday, excavation on Wed, concrete on Thu and clean-up on Friday. In less than 1-week, mission accomplished! Andy and his team are personable, professional, motivated and fastidious about their craft. Next time I need concrete -- APM has my business.

Andy at APM was very professional, very personable, and did extremely high quality work. We had Andy put in a large patio off of our sunroom. He met with my wife, my son (who is actually a construction manager) and myself and went over every aspect of the proposed work, and patiently answered all of our questions prior to beginning work.
