APP Housecleaning

Great service to me in a critical time of need. Very responsive and thorough!

When I ordered service through Home Advisor, I specifically requested a Move Out cleaning. When these cleaners left my house, I walked around and found many places were there was dust and LARGE cob webs that you couldn't miss, as well as numerous durst spots on the blinds. I emailed Paula (the owner) and told her of the issues. Out came the excuses. You ordered deep cleaning, not a move out. I called Home Advisor, and they showed move out, so I sent the order page to her, and she STILL wouldn't make it right even after I send her proof. She had the nerve to email me and tell me she'd come out and make it right - drum roll - for an additional $100. She also said she stands behind her work. Yeah for an extra hunsky. Worst customer service ever! I would stay completely clear of APP Housecleaning.

Very prompt. Very thorough cleaning of a home that was dusty after being closed up for 10 months. Personable individuals. Will use periodically.

Cleaner did a good job overall but there were still a couple of spots that were not cleaned, such as dust that was not collected. Overall though, good experience.

Paula and Alex did a great job. Prompt, thorough, trustworthy and professional. Paid attention to the small details as much as the big ones and left the house sparkling. We're looking forward to hiring them again.

I waited to review until I saw the work myself. I hired APP Housecleaning for my son and his wife when they were expecting a new baby. Paula was available when they needed her. They have had her continue come and are very pleased with her work! I was recently at their home and saw how well Paula cleaned the areas I requested. I am happy to report that they plan to continue to work with Paula in the future!

GREAT, VERY PROFESSIONAL

Paula did a great job! She was responsive (in fact the only of the three who responded to me) and quick to get our cleaning scheduled. She was prepared with her own supplies and did an expert job at getting our house in shape. I will definitely use her services again.

Paula was able to schedule quickly and be extremely flexible. We had sone construction done at the house that caused s lot of dust and she left our home immaculate. Would absolutely use APP Housecleaning again!

Paula was great. She was tasked with a large job and performed it well. There are always going to be little things that aren't to your liking, especially with regard to cleaning. But the head start she gave me on the deep clean our new home needed was much appreciated. Now I have time to focus on things like window tracks, entry doors and the glass shower. What Paula cleaned, she cleaned well, she even cleaned out all of the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen. Thank You!

Paula did a wonderful job

A small issue with the kitchen...as she was cleaning (and the work was VERY thorough), she was working on the oven, all-the-while the hot water was running - because Paula frequently needed to clean her sponge. Wouldn't usually be a big deal, but after she left, I discovered the faucet hose head wasn't fully back in place, and the entire under cabinet filled with inches of water. Truly wasn't her fault - and I never let her know. I would only suggest perhaps to not leave the water running, or use a sink full of hot water in the future. Again, very satisfied with her service, just a small suggestion.
