I called about my refrigerator and the next day they came to diagnose. He was courteous and very helpful. Unfortunately my 16 month old refrigerator had a cooling system leak and compressor failure. The service rep explained all the options to me including his repair option and advised me to call Samsung and request a return authorization and a new refrigerator . I did exactly as he said and it looks like we will be getting a new refrigerator. The service rep was a complete professional. I will call them again when in need.
