Tanner Appliances

I had a very frustrating experience with Tanner Appliances. A technician came out three separate times, and each visit resulted in a different diagnosis with no resolution to the actual issue. On the second visit, I was told that my washing machine?s control panel and water valve needed to be replaced, and those parts were ordered and installed. However, after those repairs were completed, the problem still was not fixed. By the third visit, the technician then changed the explanation and stated that the issue was due to my water pressure ? something that was never mentioned during the first or second visits. It?s concerning that parts were replaced without properly identifying the root cause beforehand. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and a waste of time. I expected a clear and accurate diagnosis, especially after multiple service calls. I would not recommend Tanner Appliances based on my experience.

I had several repairmen come out but did not fix the problem. But a young lady named Sabrina from Tanner Appliance took charge of my washer. Sabrina knew what the problem was, and the problem was solved right away. Thank You Sabrina from Tanner Appliance

Andrew came twice in order to get my icemaker working properly. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable about icemakers. Would recommend Tanner and Andrew very highly!
