My very old water heater started leaking, and APR came out the same day and put in a new one. No problems at all, priced exactly as quoted, and the price was less than half what the other contractor quoted. They were in and out in less than 2 hours.

Called me less than an hour after using HomeAdvisor on Friday afternoon, came in the following Monday, installed the new water heater on Tuesday. Cost was exactly what they quoted, and they were able to fix a second issue same day for me at a very reasonable price. I will absolutely be using them again next time I have a plumbing need.

Fast response time, and excellent service. The work was explained before hand and they kept us in the loop while working. We just moved to town, and I am very glad to have found them for future projects. Highly recommended!

Kevin called me and said everything was done. Hose bib, new faucet with shut offs and a main shut off. It was raining all day and I can say that my house looked like it did b4 I left in the morning. I am very pleased with how quick and clean they are.

The APR plumber that did the work repaired a leaking water heater gas line and a basement toilet. The basement toilet ended up needing a lot more work than what was initially anticipated, and I appreciated APR putting some extra time and work on the project. We were selling the house and wanted it to look more presentable for the buyers. APR did some work for us before and we will continue to use APR in the future.

APR sent Kevin and Chris out within 2 hours of my call. They worked quickly through the blockage in my kitchen drain which had overflowed underneath the sink and onto the floor. Before leaving they checked my basement ceiling for water seepage. In the room under the kitchen they found a large water puddle and dripping from the ceiling. If they hadn't checked in the basement I wouldn't have discovered it for several days. Fortunately I was able to get it cleaned up before it did any more damage. I'm grateful for their speedy and professional work. If needed I'll be calling APR in the future. I highly recommend them.

Hired APR to install a new kitchen faucet. They were efficient, timely and completed the job with excellent recommendations for additional work we are considering.

Excellent job of replacing old outside faucet. Had to work thru a small hole in basement ceiling to cut plumbing remove old faucet and solder in new outside faucet. But poor job of positioniing end plate that secures faucet to exterior of house with two screws-- had to fix myself. $175 for a half hour of work seemed to excessive as I supplied the faucet.

They are ridiculously high. 45 min of work and one 10" pipe and was charged almost $450!

Very neat &clean I didn’t hav to clean up after him? Knew just what he was doing ,,did a great job& also explained to me how to work the shower head. Highly recommend
