The people where very professional and when out of there way to get the problem solved. Including finishing the job on Saturday. they did outstanding work and I am very pleased with the repair.

Had to have them come out twice. Repair did not work after first visit and several hundred dollars. Came back and said they couldn't repair. Said that we needed a new water heater. Paid them to replumb to one water heater vs. two. Had a second opinion. The water heater was fixable for less than $50. When I explained what was going on- he new exactly what was going on.

Gave tips on how to prevent future blockages. Only reason I did not give a full five star review is that they were late for the appointment. I had to call them and I feel they should have proactively called me. However, I would hire them again.
