APS Plumbing, LLC

went great. works perfect

My parents hired Gus through APS Plumbing when they had an emergency involving their hot water tank. They raved about his service and how quickly he came out so when my husband and I took ownership of a home with a failing hot water tank we decided to give him a call. I am super happy that we did! He was quick to come out and inspect the situation to make a good recommendation. He was extremely open to us telling him brands and models we wanted, but we left that up to him being the expert. He came back the next day for the install and worked quickly. He was very up front about cost and stuck to that. You can just tell by looking at the new tank he does great work. We had a bad experience with a pervious installer at our old home that didn't follow safety regulations but Gus made sure it was secured and up to all codes. He even took the time after to explain to my husband various things like where the main shutoff was located, what to do if it malfunctioned and how to turn up the water heat. You will be not be disappointed if you hire Gus!

Gustavo exhibited excellent customer service skills. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and performed the work quickly. I will definitely hire APS Plumbing again. In fact, we have already discussed our next job.

Called, Gus said he could be here in about an hour, arrived sooner. Diagnosed the issue. Very pleased with what he did, even wanted to help clean up the water that had run out onto the floor. Would definitely call him again if or when I have a problem.

The Plumber, Gus, is very professional. He came and gave me a free estimate before replacing the bathroom faucet. He offered me two options, both with affordable prices: first, the price for labor and material; second, the price for labor only, and I had to purchase a new faucet myself. After I agreed to one of the options, he came several days later to perform the faucet replacement. He worked very carefully, patiently, professionally, and efficiently. I highly recommend APS Plumbing LLC.

Gus came out same day. He replaced our toilet and checked the hardware for any other defects. He was efficient and thorough. We would call him out again or recommend him to friends or family.

Gus is GREAT! He was quick, very reasonable and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work at a reasonable cost.

A job well done. I highly recommend this company. Thanks.

It was effective and efficient work and I approve of the end result.

I contacted Home Advisors on the Friday before Easter. Gustavo called me on Easter Sunday. Clearly, he wanted my business. I checked out all his reviews and hired him. We were in constant touch via text messages after our phone call. He stopped by Monday morning to evaluate the job and finished the job by Monday afternoon. The hardware he chose and the workmanship are excellent. I will definitely hire his company again. Very professional.

Excellent job done fast over a holiday eeekend!

Professional punctual and competent - can't ask for more!

Very dependable, prompt. Quick service. Thank you so much.

Gustavo is a great guy. He showed up on time. He walked me through the problem in detail. He gave me a very good offer and replaced my shower drain which was crack and leak. He finished the job so quickly and fixed the problem. I absolutely will hire him in the future if I need help.

Called for an estimate and he came out promptly. We scheduled the job and communicated through text and photos after we opened up the drywall to verify the plumbing behind. He arrived on time and charged based on his estimate even though it took a little extra time. I would hire again and or recommend to a friend.

Fast and Professional.
