If Home Advisor keeps using contractors like this, there will be no more home advisors. I paid a premium for sub-par work and lifetime warranty. He came gave a quote to disinfect attic of roof rat droppings and to remove squirrels from living in roof of porch. He installed a couple pieces of flashing (shiny silver on white trim), caulk and did nothing in attic besides go up and look. I paid $950 for this yes $950! he was at my home for 40 mins and 20 of it was him trying to get his ladder off his truck. I gave him every opportunity to make this right and got nothing in return. I will be pursuing payment through other means. Home Advisor needs to do back round checks on companies and not refer Pros that take advantage of people. I bet Home Advisor doesn't even reach out to me!

Well, you have lost me as a satisfied customer. Here's my timeline. Nov. 4 - We speak for the first time and agree to meet at our Johns Island property. Nov. 6 - You visit and convince me that the job will be $575 instead of $395 since I have a severe infestation of both moles and gophers. I give you a $295 deposit and you promise to be out the following week to treat. Nov. 14 - No contact until I text you only to be told that wrong material came in and you had to re-order. The following week I call and you tell me you were sick with the flu and would handle ASAP. Dec. 2 - I text you some pix showing continued damage and you say youâ ll get to it â this weekâ . Dec. 3 - You arrive for initial full treatment. I pay you the balance due over the phone via credit card. Dec. 14 - I text you pix showing treatment ineffective and ask for follow up per your six month guarantee. You say you will be out. Dec. 20 & 24 - I text additional pix showing continued damage. Same â yabba-dabba-doâ answer that youâ ll â get to itâ . Itâ s now Jan. 10 and Iâ ve been attacking the issue myself since Jan 1 with gas sticks and some poison bait and have had some success. At this point, I think a 50% refund would be appropriate and I expect no further work from you. Sent on 1/10/20 and as of 1/18 NO RESPONSE

Andrew is very knowledgeable and dedicated. Although he has not trapped the animal yet, he has shown good judgement in all his efforts.

We contacted Crazy Critters to rid our home of a pesky squirrel who was beginning to infiltrate our attic. While it did take multiple trips to satisfy the goal, they managed to eliminate the problem and did not have to eliminate the squirrel. Good job fellows.

He came last Wednesday as was to call later that day. It took until Sunday to call back but apparently was very busy. I forgave him and they were prompt this morning. He apologized.

I thought I had a dead cat under my house. I contacted Home advisors and immediately was contacted by Crazy Critters. To my surprise the found a dead possum. They set a trap and next day they captured a live possum. Several weeks later with much back and forth they had captured a total of 7 young possums and their mother. Andrew and Ryan were very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and did not stop until the job was complete.

I got in touch with CRAZY CRITTERS LLC. because I had a bird in music vent in the attic. I highly recommend! Andrew was very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and very reasonable. He and Ryan even saved who is now known as "Chirpy the bird". He will take her to a rescue facility in Columbia as she cannot fly yet.

Andrew was very professional and helpful offering suggestions to keep "varmints' away. It was clear how they were getting in the roof as they had torn corner eave. Andrew repaired and also reinforced other corners. Excellent customer service. (His pricing was not off from others, just thought everyone was very expensive!!)

Crazy Critters was half the price that I was quoted from another company for the same job.

They were very responsive initially explaining the mole removal process. I hired them and paid my money and they treated my yard promising two follow ups, if needed. Well the treatment did not work and despite numerous attempts to have them come back out for follow up treatments, I have received no response. Frankly, I think the treatment was bogus from the start and I was ripped off. Very disappointed. DO NOT HIRE FOR MOLE REMOVAL.
