Boise Home Inspections has been servicing the Treasure Valley since 2009. Inspections range from new or warranty inspections (before a home warranty expires) to older homes and re-inspections after improvements are made. In addition to inspections, we offer a variety of services: Mold, Radon, Lead, Asbestos and Water testing. We have dedicated ourselves to offering the most informative inspections at a great value. We make people feel comfortable about their buying decisions by giving them a thorough explanation of all the options when confronted with obstacles. Walkthroughs are welcomed and encouraged. We are (CMI) Certified Master Inspectors and have been trained as Professional Certified Home Inspectors by (AHIT) American Home Inspectors Training Institute. We are also accredited as an "A" listing through the Better Business Bureau. Finally, we are insured for your protection and have over 50 positive online reviews. Jason had a kind, warm and professional demeanor. He was also very flexible with regard to time. Our realtor arrived almost an hour late to let him into the home, and he was able to rework his schedule to complete the inspection the same day in spite of this. He was patient with me as I asked a whole host of questions about the condition of the home. Report was completed within 24 hours and was so thorough and accurate. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their home inspected.

I hired Boise Home Inspections to inspect my new home construction. Danny came out, on time and well prepared. Among other things, he checked the condition of all outlets throughout the house. He also found a significant fault in the construction of a load-bearing support in the crawl space, as well as 2 or 3 issues related to vapor barrier, ventalation, and roof sealing. All of these could have become major issues down the road. I was skeptical of spending money to inspect a new construction home, but I'll never buy without an inspection again.

The home inspection was timely, professional and a great value. They were prompt from the beginning and never tried to up sell anything. The price was reasonable and included a military discount. We will definitely use Boise Home Inspections again.

We worked with DANNY, we found him to be reliable and dependable. We had a difficult schedule to fill and he came out very quickly. His report was great and easy to understand, photo's were clear. We contacted Danny at the last minute and he was able to fit us in to a difficult schedule. His inspection was through, but quick. He added things to his inspection that we felt were problems also.
