Jason had a kind, warm and professional demeanor. He was also very flexible with regard to time. Our realtor arrived almost an hour late to let him into the home, and he was able to rework his schedule to complete the inspection the same day in spite of this. He was patient with me as I asked a whole host of questions about the condition of the home. Report was completed within 24 hours and was so thorough and accurate. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their home inspected.

I hired Boise Home Inspections to inspect my new home construction. Danny came out, on time and well prepared. Among other things, he checked the condition of all outlets throughout the house. He also found a significant fault in the construction of a load-bearing support in the crawl space, as well as 2 or 3 issues related to vapor barrier, ventalation, and roof sealing. All of these could have become major issues down the road. I was skeptical of spending money to inspect a new construction home, but I'll never buy without an inspection again.

The home inspection was timely, professional and a great value. They were prompt from the beginning and never tried to up sell anything. The price was reasonable and included a military discount. We will definitely use Boise Home Inspections again.

Brian was very professional and thorough. He found several items that needed to be addressed even though the home is new construction. He had several suggestions for future care of the home. He provided a very detailed report. I highly recommend this company.

We worked with DANNY, we found him to be reliable and dependable. We had a difficult schedule to fill and he came out very quickly. His report was great and easy to understand, photo's were clear. Danny is by far the best inspector, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend Danny, you will not be disappointed. Very well priced service.
