A Perfect Clean

I can not recommend this company! I used their service once for deep cleaning (4 month old home) 400.00 and 3 other timesat 150.00. Was not completely satisfied any of the times. I wasn?t going to use her again but last 2 cleanings she, Ashley, the Owner, agreed to be the one to clean my home which she did not do( she assisted/trained) the girls that cleaned my home! The last clean was ridiculous! The cleaning lady did not mop my floors, did not clean my showers and half way dusted my furniture! It is only my husband & I so the house doesn?t look dirty but I still wanted everything cleaned as agreed upon which THEY DID NOT DO!!! Ashley did offer that she would have the girl cleaning my home to come back and mop? I was over it and declined that offer! IMO the owner needs to better train her staff on how to clean a home!

Please Do not use this company. You can just tell by the owners shady practices she isn’t a good person. She pretends to be a customer to get business.

Please DO NOT waste your time or money on hiring this company. We hired them to clean a new construction home before we listed the property. They did not clean the windows, didnâ t wipe the dust off the doors, didnâ t mop the floors . Honestly I do not know what they actually came in and cleaned . We called to speak to the owner but still havenâ t heard anything back . We were told to just send pictures . Very disappointed!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. $340 and I had to clean my stove top, and the outside of my appliances, sweep and make my beds. Which was all on the list of what A Perfect Clean does during a DEEP CLEAN. What I expected was a perfectly clean, as stated in their business name, and that is far from what I received. Not only that, but Ashley wanted to argue with me when I mentioned there was anything wrong with my deep clean. I was told I would get pictures after the job was complete. I never received those. It is very obvious this company only cares about money and not the cleanliness of your home. I have contacted the BBB and made them aware. Since I made others aware of this person and company, I have been told they recently have a bad name in Cookeville. I would not recommend them to anyone!
