The work done by Tony with A Perfect Improvement is top quality work. He ensured the project was done to completion and that we were completely satisfied with the work. The work did take several days longer than initially projected and Tony was a little slow to respond to communication early in the process. Come to find he had a simultaneous project that was occupying more of his time. The other issue was in regards to payment. I tried to pay him using a check but he was in the middle of switching banks and was unable to cash a check. I ended up paying cash, half up front for materials and the other half on completion. All in all, I would hire Tony again due to the quality of work, but not on a tight timeline.
