Very competent, quality work, for sure, but with dishonest tactics and quite GREEDY!! Will never hire them again. Look elsewhere, unless you are desperate and money is no object.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Never called or returned calls. Came to our home. Collected a trade fee, then never returned or communicated anything. Check was cashed, not deposited. Haven*t had hot water since February 11th and no one has answered since. Had to call our home warranty company 4 times to try to assist with no help. A plus dispatch hasn*t answered or returned any calls ever. I*ve had to schedule or try to everything. And they just stopped answering after telling our home warranty company our 2 year old water heater needs 700 in parts. Have taken 2 days off work for no call no shows and zero responses. I*ve tried phone, email, text. No response. Buyer beware. It*s a shame this company gives a bad name to others. Poor business practices
