One Time Interior House Cleaning
We hired this company for a move out clean. Things started out great. They did clean the fridge, stove, bathrooms and vacuumed the carpets. But we had asked for the full clean. The floors were not mopped, the baseboards were not cleaned or dusted. The ceiling fans were still dirty. We had to leave while they were still cleaning. Our daughter was having her Kindergarten Graduation and also had to take a load of things from the Garage to the new house. So we paid in cash and left them to clean the house. When we returned we found that they total clean was not finished. I have yet to receive a receipt either to show that I had the house professionally cleaned. We had another company come in for the carpets later that day who then offered to come back and complete the job for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a full clean for our move out. I even took pictures of the things that were left from the first clean to show that they never finished. I will not recommend this company to anyone. But the company that we had for the carpets was wonderful. They even came out on Memorial day to do the job.

"I quoted Mrs. Kathleen what I could do for her for what she could afford. Her Husband met me and asked me if I knew anything that could get big white spots off there floor. He said that they had this problem every since they moved in the house. I told him I would do my very Best but could not promise. I told her when I quoted her I could use a broom and go over the base boards but if she wanted me to clean them on my hands and knee's it would be more time I would have to charge more she said not to worry about it. I know I did the best Job I could for her for the price she wanted. This was not a small house. I asked her husband did he need a receipt and I was told no. That I will take the blame for as I should give everyone a receipt. However Mrs. Kettoman has never called me to complain or to give me a chance to take care of any issue she had. I would have been happy to have came back to fix anything not right that she paid for and given her a receipt. I never knew a problem existed until home Advisor sent me a email telling me about this review. communication is a number #1 factor in a good working relationship. I do wish she would have called me and reported if there was a true problem."
