Mr McConnell was there within 15 minutes of my initial contact with him. He did the work within two hours including going over to Loews and getting a new hot water heater, also getting me a discount there. He was polite and explained everything in great detail. It was a great experience considering I had to replace the hot water heater!

A Plumber came and did the job he was hired to do. Had to have diagnostic on hot water not getting to faucets. It was a bad shower valve and he replaced it. Didn't take long and was able to use existing hardware which saved on cost.
