The service Technician responded to my late afternoon inquiry within 10 minutes after I sent an initial email requesting service for my washing machine. He was able to respond to my house the following morning by 10 AM. He was courteous and promptly began work on my washing machine. It was apparent he was very familiar with my brand of washing machine and within 30 minutes had it apart and discovered the problem. A sock jammed in the pump was the cause of my problem. The technician showed this to me and assembled my washing machine back together within another 30 minutes. It took just a little over an hour for the service call.

He when above and beyond his responsibilities as a technician. He even took the time out to provide me with knowledge on other areas of my home that will require future repairs.
