He was very courteous & pleasant. Fixed our refrigerator at what we felt was a fair price. Would definitely recommend him to others.

He came right away the first time that I called. He attempted to repair the refrigerator, but was not successful after three tries. On the last visit he told me that it would cost around $1200.00 to repair the refrigerator. I told him to give me a few days to think about it. After two days, I called him to tell him to proceed with the repair. He would not return my phone calls. He had removed the filter and some other parts. We planned for him to replace them when he completed the major repair.

Dion has done 2 different repairs on our washing machine and he did a very good job at a reasonable price. He showed up on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He took the the time to investigate the source of the problem instead of just installing a brand new part and actually saved us about $300 by fixing the problem with the existing part instead of just automatically replacing it with a new one. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Dion was one of the most professional technicians that I�ve encountered in a long time. We set an appointment date & time. Dion had a problem on the previous job and called EARLY to let me know that he was running late and could not meet the appointed time. We reset the time and he showed up as scheduled. The reschedule was early evening and he still agreed to come do the service even though it was late in day. He explained his diagnosis well provided a solution and budget to complete the work. Completed the work and cleaned up the area before leaving. Thanks for bring service back into the service business!

A+ Appliance was responsive to my initial request for service. They communicated clearly and were flexible to meet my availability schedule. They again called to confirm the time and prior to arrival on the job. On the job they were timely, prepared and very helpful. They left the jobsite in the manner in which they found it. I have no complaints.

Dion called soon after Saturday business hours commenced and was able to arrive at my home within an hour. He carefully explained his trip fee and how it would be discounted if he proceeded with repairs. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, called for the price of parts, and assisted me in making the decision not to repair the 12-year-old washer because of the projected cost. He is definitely on my list for any appliance repair needs I may have in the future.
