He went above and beyond cleaning the stove top, did an amazing job, and showed us how to maintain it.

Brian is the worst. Please check out his Better Business review. This obviously isn't good. He came to our home because our fridge had water pooling at the bottom and freezing. He immediately said it was the ice maker and charged us to replace it. Of course his guess was wrong and the problem persisted. To make matters worse, he installed the ice maker backwards so the screw turned the wrong way and would not dispense ice. I should have known we were in trouble when he was looking up instructions on his phone but we hoped for the best. We got the worse. So far I am out $273 for a repair I didn't need and the ice maker still turns backwards so I will have to try and hire a competent and honest repairman. I have tried on many occasions to get in touch with Brian and he ignores every attempt. Run away from this guy or you will be sorry.

Brian came to the house and was professional and knowledgeable. When my built in Bosch freezer stopped working I was scared of what it would cost to repair or if it could be repaired. Brian found What was wrong ordered the parts and installed. When he received the parts by mail he came right over and finished. My freezer is better than ever ! Thank you Brian !

my issue was so simple it was stupid. However, Brian fixed it in 5 minutes and only charged the very reasonable diagnostic fee. Tremendous guy will use him again if needed (hope not!)

The came out and diagnosed the problem incorrectly. The gave us a price and we wanted to have them repair the dryer. They never retuned our call or text after leaving several messages. Also representative from Home Advisor never returned our calls. Very unhappy. We called in another company who diagnosed the problem which was different and they are repairing the machine, the part just came in

Repaired the dishwasher so it would work again, said it needed a part and would get back to me with price,it has been weeks and he didn't get back to me ,I tried to call ,does not return my call, still need the part!!!

What started as a dryer problem ended up being a vent obstructed by a bird's nest. In addition to cleaning the dryer filter system, Brian thoroughly cleaned the dryer hose and carefully moved the nest to a safe place. At all times was he patient and professional.

Courteous, on time, all repairs are working well. Good value.

Brian did everything he promised...to fix Dacor stove burners...and on top of that, he told me that I ordered too many parts...so I could send them back for a refund. What a delight!

I highly recommend Brian for his skills and professionalism. My refrigerator wasn't cooling, and when Brian accessed the problem he was able to fix it in about 30 minutes. He also adjusted the freezer door and thermostat, and gave me advice on how to keep the system running efficiently. Very satisfied with his work! Will definitely use him again, and recommend him to others who need repairs with their refrigerators.
