Sergio (sp) came out March 18th, 2022 to take a look at my project and provided his estimate. It took me 10 more days to finish up other estimates and return from a business trip, and I hired him March 28th. He insisted on coming the next day because he had another job in the area, so I agreed and he and another guy showed up that day and stayed for a very short time and did not complete the job. He said he would be back the next day the 30th at this point and then did not show up or communicate that he was not coming. April 3rd I asked when he was coming back this week and he could not come at all. The week went by and Saturday April 9th he said he was back in town and I can stop by Monday. I confirmed yes that would be great. Monday comes and he does not show up, I text surprised and we go back and forth with me telling him how disappointed I am that he keeps blowing me off. He agrees to come today Tuesday the 12th first thing in the morning at 9:00am. At 9:42 I finally hear from him with some made up excuse about how he cannot find the equipment and that he has to cancel the job and I should hire an electrician, which is what I thought I was doing per him reaching out to me for a quote on an electrical job. TLDR: Do not under any circumstances hire this company if you would like to be treated respectfully, have the job done on time, or have it done at all.

Sergio was super efficient! Came out the following day after contact to check out the leak in our roof - and the next day he fixed it! He was thorough in his explanations and took photos of the before and after which was good to see. . Very pleased!

Shortly after starting this project I had problem after problem with Sergio! This was an insurance repair and he rushed the job to get the check. I am certain he had unlicensed workers helping him and it showed. I wish I could attach pictures because it has been less than two years and one of my panels and the DOOR fell off today! We had a snow storm here in Chicago and his work did not hold up. I should not be surprised because I have had to repair several panel connections since he did the work. DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING!!!

He was very nice and knowledgable regarding my project. walked me through everything. Very reasonable pricing and I even recommended him to family. So that in itself says alot. The roof is doing well where he repaired as well.

This Company, has yet to give me a receipt, for the completed, work. I think it has been done, no proof. The work has been paid for. They need to do a better, follow thru. Hodges on Kingston.

Sergio made an appointment, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. There was an issue with the grout that was replaced and he immediately followed up with me and corrected the issue. I continue to use him for various projects. Recommended!

I had many problems with this fast talking contractor,Sergio.He told me he would 'help' me get my unit available for rent but left without finishing the work he was paid to do and left a toxic puddle of roofing tar behind.He is very unprofessional and did not do the work in the order we agreed!His work on the ceiling has water damage because HE DID NOT FIX THE ROOF FIRST AS WE AGREED UPON!He left a light fixture hanging from a wire.He dumped material from another job into my dumpster without permission leaving me with the expense of disposal!!! He salvaged the metal out of my dumpster saying it was "worth a six pack of beer." BE CAREFUL!!

"Roof patch was not a warranty (roof needs to be completely replaced, It�s too old) Light fixture was too dangerous to use it was to old (owner did not purchase a new one) 90% of the drywall damage was replaced and painted with the roof patching Additional work was done without any charge ($580.00) customer never had full payment to start or finish the project"
