A Plus Drain and Handyman

i hired mark to do some plumbing repairs minor leaks under two sinks, replace a faucet in the guest bathroom and relace the flange, o ring and toilet in master bathroom. I purchased all the fixtures and supplies and had it all waiting for him. In the kitchen all that needed was to tighten the threads on a line. on the other sink Mark only relaced one line when i bought 2 lines to do both . on the master bathroom toilet he did not replace the flange because the crack where it is broken wasn't that bad i bought a better wax ring than what came with toilet and it was not used either. now i have leaking under the linoleum and can smell mold. the guest bathroom that had the faucet replaced in the tub... the water spout was left with a gap between the wall and the back of the spout because he used a different part than what i bought in the kit. the faucet leaked terribly in the tub and mark did come out and got the new faucet to stop leaking. while he was working on the pipes for the guest bathroom shower replacement Mark left a opened bottle of pipe glue on a bag in the floor he then left the room and the glue was knocked over by my dog. My Mother (who was home so i could work) cleaned up the mess as much as possible but part of the carpet is damaged. Mark blamed the dog but why leave a open bottle of glue on the floor? now i have two damaged areas from Mark's work that i have to have fixed. Mark said he was doing me a favor by taking 300.00 down and 750.00 in payments but i now have to pay to have his work repaired. i liked Mark and his wife as a whole but the quality of work was very poor and he did not clean up after himself.
