I’ve worked with many moving companies , but by far Kobe Moving have been On time , very careful with the items carrying them . The movers have been very nice and patient . Good moving service.

Well worth the money

I contracted with a company to move from Northern California to Southern California for one bedroom. All the belongings fit into 2 5 x 7 storage units. I signed a contract based on the estimate /quote. when they shows up they TRIPLED the amount and would not load the belongings until we signed a new contract. Long story short, I could not get a phone# or name of a supervisor from the person onsite. My daughter negotiated the price down to TWICE the estimate.. The following Tuesday I called the company and tried to explain my dissatisfaction. The person I spoke to immediately started screaming at me, went and off on a tangent about having a wife and kids etc-- he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested to speak to a supervisor. He said he was the supervisor, and would transfer me, but ended up hanging up on me. Then another person by the name of Eric called me back . I began to explain my dissatisfaction and he also started yelling and screaming. Bottom line, they are unprofessional, will give a price then triple it when they show up. after getting a non refundable deposit, based on the original quote. In addition they are working under the name of two different companies using the same DOT #.. On the positive side, the belongings were delivered without incident, though they had to have the final payment before unloading .

They were professional, efficient, and I would definitely recommend to others.

Samuel and his team were great! On time, efficient, smart and friendly. They went the extra mile to help protect the more delicate stuff like glass top desks and the like and made good use of all the available resources. I recommend them and will be happy to hire their services again in the future.

Very good movers, even though we had an accident that left a few holes in the wall. The problem was trying to get the holes fixed. Many phone calls, texts, and late arrivals led to a very amateurish patching of the walls that I will have to get fixed by someone else.

They made the move so easy.

Guys were great. Samuel and Edwin showed up on time with a big truck ready to work. Were super nice and professional, and got a 500 LB PIANO down 20 stairs. I was blown away how easily they did it without damaging anything. Overall great experience, fair price and very good communication with Felix the owner. Would recommend and use again

Samuel and Edwin showed up and immediately got to working and got all of our furniture out very quickly. Our new apartment had a lot of stairs but they did a great job handing it. They were awesome. They did not try to charge me for any extra stuff. It was a great experience.

Great value and wonderful movers. Took 1/2 star off because a few small damage issues. Would hire again without hesitation.
