"Hello Victor, Thank you for review as we always appreciate feedback from our customers, good or bad. I apologize if you feel there was a lack of communication. As discussed on Thursday, my goal was to get the report to you by Friday morning, however, we are in a global pandemic at the moment and business has fluctuated to accommodate everyone. You would have received the report by EOD Friday if the complaint wasn't filed within 10 minutes of me missing your call as I was with a client. The report was ready but I wanted to give it one final review before sending. Once Home Advisor notified me that you no longer wanted the report a hold was put on it, per Home Advisor, and then sent to you the next business day on Monday.
