Junior, the owner, was professional and fair (Free estimate) in all phases of my small basement projects pricing, planning, execution, and completion. He met with his very experienced crew on abatement day, like a leader, and advised his supervisor and them on his plan of action. Like a team, they set up, worked thoroughly, and, with the "green light" from the air quality testing co., broke down their equipment with exceptional efficiency! They also surprisingly encapsulated my floor and painted the heating pipe. The following day, Junior arrived early to inspect the work and update me on the completion paperwork processing from the DEP. Within a week, I received those official docs from him and paid the balance due. Finally, whereas other abatement cos. planned my project to take up to three days, Junior's crew successfully finished it in less than one....and for thousands of $ less!

Junior was a stand up businessman. He stood by the quality of his work and was prepared with all necessary paperwork for the work site. He transformed my 100 year old basement by leaving it extremely clean after the abatement. His crew's attention to detail was excellent. His work passed clearance without an issue. Great work and service

Not even a question that this company is great. They came for an estimate on a weekend, started work promptly the very next morning (also weekend) and conducted all work exactly as promised. Also, price was reasonable compared to other vendors who seem to overcharge (no offense to those co. out there) Everything was left whistle clean as well. 100% I recommend this company.

Quoted on Saturday afternoon and they came on Sunday morning to do the work. They removed all the asbestos coverings on the pipes in the basement. They cleaned and painted everything and took all the debris away, I highly recommend them.

Junior Osaro promptly answered my call for an asbestos removal expert and stopped by that afternoon to see what needed to be done in my basement. He explained what the job would entail, offered a very reasonable price, and was available to do the work immediately (this was the day before Christmas Eve). He and his assistant arrived early in the morning and finished the job by early afternoon. I inspected the work and paid the price we had agreed on. Later, I noticed a small area in the enclosed bathroom that had been missed, called Junior about it, and he and his assistant came back that very evening and took care of it for me.

After reviewing numerous asbestos abatement work proposals, I selected A/ Plus Environmental based on the price, online reputation and from a positive feeling I got from in-person meeting with Mr. Osaro. This company provides excellent service at very competitive price. The work started on time and went longer than was estimated at no extra cost. The crew were polite and professional. Mr. Asaro supervised the process and stayed till the very end, until the result for air monitoring came in from the lab. I would recommend this company for asbestos remediation.
