Exceptional Service – A True Blessing!
First and foremost, I want to thank God for sending Mr. Brock our way. He is an amazing, caring, hardworking professional who is truly passionate about what he does. That passion shows in the quality of his work and the way he treats his customers.
I found Mr. Brock on Angi after another plumber had attempted to fix our sewer issue but unfortunately made the problem much worse. Our backyard was completely destroyed, and we were overwhelmed. When Mr. Brock called, I explained everything that had happened, and he immediately told me he would come take a look.
From the moment he arrived, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and confident. After speaking with him, I told my husband, "He's the one—we're hiring him."
When Mr. Brock walked into our backyard, his first words were, "Are you serious?" He couldn't believe the condition it had been left in. He explained that the work was dangerous and that
