Perry and his office were very responsive. They quickly contacted me by email and it was very easy to set up an appointment. Perry arrived on time and completed the work in exactly the time he estimated (though I negotiated a price with him in advance). I'll certainly have him back next year when it's time to service my furnace again.

He installed a super heavy wood-burning fireplace insert to my existing fireplace, as well as installing a chimney liner. He has done a great job. The fireplace opening turned out to be short, so he had to widen the hight of the opening by cuttitting the brick tiles, so it was a lot more work than I originally thought. However, he handled this issue pretty easily and completed the job perfectly, yet the cost was very competitive. Definitely a 5-star contractor. I will have to install one more stove in a different room, and I will hire him again for that work for sure. Absolutely the best experience ever.

Perry negotiated with us regarding his trip charge, solved our problem, and explained exactly what had gone wrong with the heating unit and how to keep it working. He was very knowledgeable about the system, even though it's a pretty old unit. Great service and great fix, even on a busy holiday weekend in a snowstorm.
