Had a complete air conditioning installation. From the time I signed the contract the process from beginning to end was seamless. Mr. Air’s staff was professional, courteous and above all knowledgeable. The installers were two of the best. I would strongly recommend them for any a/c needs.

The sales process was good and informative. However the installation time and lack of follow thru on several small items prevent this from being 5 star experience. The installation and clean package took 2 separate days with the install being over 10 hours. Several sales promises related to vents and thermostats were not upheld

the work was done very good.

Fair price

I reached out for 3 quotes on moving a new AC unit to attic. Two gave me quotes saying they could do it, Mr Air matched the lowest bid and won the job. I emphasized that one bid mentioned it would not fit, but Mr Air said, no problem. My old AC was a gonner at this point, so it needed to get done. Then came install time, the crew came to me after a few hours and said it did not fit. So here I am forced to settle for a replacement, at a higher cost, than I could have gotten elsewhere. Moral of the story, do not bother with Angie or HomeAdviser. Get referrals from friend and family. Useless.

As with any job, there are always some unexpected challenges once the work begins. And the challenge related to our home plumbing, not the cintractor. But they had the right staff available to manage it and plow through it until it and stayed was done that night. Plus they followed up with us and made sure it was absolutely perfect before they asked for the final payment. They are amazing!

Very nice people, nice company I would recommend them to do the work anytime.

My a/c was broken and it was first company who came right away and gave me estimate and installed a new unit. They are very quick and efficient.

They were wonderful, from the manager, inspector, to the installer the whole staff was wonderful. They set up a new thermostat in my home.
