A-Plus Lifting

Mr. Amer Akhras is the manager of this small business. I found him to be very responsive and knowledgeable. When I contacted him to set up an appointment to get an estimate, he was able to meet with me in two days. He arrived on time to observe the issues that would need to be fixed, took pictures and in couple of days I received my estimated cost and start time at a very reasonable price via email. Because of weather conditions (rain & freezing conditions) we had to reschedule 2 times. Mr. Akhras contacted me each time to set a new date and time to get our project started. The weather settled down enough for him and his helper to get started on April 19 at 11:00 AM. His career training is as a Civil Engineer, who specializes in concrete lifting solutions. Once they were set up, they started work, and never stopped until the entire project was finished, and the area cleaned up. Total time to complete this project was about 4 hours. Mr. Akhras takes great pride in his working skills, and I would recommend him to anyone needing concrete lifting solutions.

Exceptional service, very professional and clarity in communication -very meticulous about doing the job right. I make haste to recommend this company in every capacity . So glad we found and contracted with this outfit. At the beginning there was an emailing issue-computer/website -did not receive the estimate after visit so disregard any previous negative review. The project was leveling concrete slabs using injection technology. A-Plus is an excellent company. I needed to prevent further settling and expansion joint gapping needing a level surface for safety. Amer and his co-worker did a very fine job. They were responsive in a timely manner and consulted with me once they started the job. I would highly recommend them. I'm very satisfied.

A-Plus Lifting is an excellent company. Amer lifted our garage and the top of our driveway and it looks so good, we wished we would have done it years ago. I got several estimates and I liked Amer the best because he was so responsive, honest and has a civil engineering background so he knows angles and what will happen with the concrete as they lift it. I got estimates to completely replace the driveway slab closest to the garage and A-Plus was less to fix both the garage and the driveway. Amer is very professional. He was constantly measuring the concrete height with gages and levels. It was a complex process, but they got it right. One side was a challenge, but I'm satisfied they did the best possible. They left the workspace clean and even their truck was immaculate. I already recommended them to 2 neighbors and 2 other people looking for similar work.

They did a good but not perfect job because it is hard. As a result, my concrete driveway is not leveled and I still have the drainage issue.

Price was good and the owner was nice. Their expertise is raising sunken concrete. I didn t realize that doesn t include patching cracks caused by sinking. But when I was checking the results and saw the cracks were not patched, the owner was willing to patch them anyway at no extra cost.

Wonderful experience from the estimate to completion. They are knowledgeable and did wonderful work on a difficult job. Highly recommend this company.

I had a large void under the rear stairs leading to my basement. A-Plus came out and assessed the problem and within 5 days returned on time and filled the void! They explained the process through each step, ensuring I understood the work being conducted. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

This small company is very well equipped for a single purpose: lifting concrete. They were very punctual and responsive to communications. I had never seen this operation, so was grateful that they kept me informed throughout the process. The concrete was lifted very methodically and precisely, without any of the mess and damage that concrete removal and replacement would have caused.
